Kam Dehal is the founder of Kam Dehal Yoga and Wellbeing. With 25 years of experience in building a wellbeing community and working as a Vice Principal in Education, Kam is focused on ensuring that people and communities have the tools and knowledge to manage their health. This can be anything from managing stress and anxiety, improving mental focus to coping strategies for a fast paced, working or personal life. We do not get taught life skills in managing mental or physical wellbeing at school and this impacts on our working and personal life at a later stage. The mind and body are interrelated and Kam focuses on how to bring the two in balance.
