Roasting


The smoke point of Storm EVOO is 410°F, well above the 350-375°F that is required for everyday baking or frying, so whether you are roasting vegetables, meat or fish, our extra virgin olive oil results in a roast with outstanding health and taste benefits. Try slow roasting any vegetable with nothing more than our extra virgin olive oil, cracked pepper and salt - you’ll be amazed at their transformation into juicy and crisp flavour health explosions. Frying


The smoke point of Storm EVOO is 410°F, well above the 350-375°F that is required for everyday high temperature cooking so shallow frying or deep-frying are excellent ways to create quick and healthy dishes which can be counter-intuitive because other oils do not possess the same health qualities – The humble egg, succulent steak, fresh seafood and vegetables all benefit in both flavour and health.

 

 

Baking
